We offer a 14-day return policy for all our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item for a refund or exchange. The product must be in its original condition with all labels attached.
If your tracking information does not indicate that you have received the product, we cannot offer a refund.
For pre-orders, customers can return the product within 14 business days after receiving it, provided it is in its original condition with all labels attached. You can return the item for a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of whether your refund has been approved or rejected. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If the refund is approved, it will be processed, and the refund amount will be credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you have not yet received your refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be credited to your account. Next, contact your bank. There may be processing time before the refund is posted to your account. Sale items (if applicable): Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
